Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 75g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • Splash of water/milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 small scoop OnTrend protein
  • Coconut oil for frying

Method

Mix the banana, oats, eggs, baking powder, OnTrend protein powder, and the milk or water in a blender until smooth.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. Once the pan is hot pour 2 to 3 rounds of batter making sure to leave a space between each. Cook for a couple of minutes, until you start to see bubbles appearing on the surface. Flip the pancakes over and cook for a further 1 to 2 minutes.

Once cooked transfer the pancakes to a plate and cook the remaining batter. Once all pancakes are cooked, arrange them in a stack and top with your desired toppings. We recommend berries and a drizzle of honey.

Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop of OnTrend protein
  • 250g of oats
  • 225g of honey
  • 160g Peanut butter

Method

Mix all ingredients together, once all mixed form into small balls. Keep refrigerated for an easy go to snack.

Chia Pudding Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 45g Rolled Oats
  • 200ml dairy free milk
  • ½ Scoop OnTrend Protein
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

Method

Mix all ingredients together and place in an air tight container. Place in the fridge overnight.
